Stanford D. Milnes – President & CEO and Chairman of the Board
Mr. Milnes has over 25 years of technology sales, marketing and senior management experience with telecommunications and high technology companies. He has developed business extensively in the international arena with focus on high level business strategy and business development. He has held a number of executive level positions with technology companies including Boston Technology, now Comverse Technology, PulsePoint Communications, and Brite Voice Systems. Mr. Milnes has operated a successful consulting firm for the past several years helping to launch numerous start up companies as well as assist in taking several to the public market. Mr. Milnes attended the University of Oklahoma and is a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes as well as an advisor to the USGA.
Clinton R. Kindell – Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Kindell is an independent certified public accountant with in excess of 20 years experience providing individual, partnership, corporate income tax, as well as consulting in audit, management and taxation. Clint was the former CFO at Eason Oil Company (a $300 million independent oil company) as well as serving as a staff auditor at Deloitte & Touche. Mr. Kindell received his Bachelor of Science from Oklahoma State University and received his Masters of Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma.
G.W. “Bill” Mills – Vice President Technology
A data processing consultant with over 36 years experience in the field. Mr. Mills began his career in 1966, working in computer operations during the early days of computers. Bill has a long history of successful application developments for major firms in banking, retail, and the transportation industries and has managed development teams with unique application requirements focused on time to market and efficient deployments. EDS, IBM, Saks Fifth Avenue, The Russian Space Agency, and US Airways are among the list of successful operations to which Mr. Mills has provided his software and business talents.
Hal Asbridge – Vice President Engineering
Mr. Asbridge started his career in 1977 repairing arcade games while attending the Ohio Institute of Technology, which progressed to include robotics repair, training and management positions. Hal relocated to Dallas and joined Decibel Products/Andrew in 1985, where he designed hardware and software for testing, monitoring and remote control of base station antennas and sub-systems until 2006. A veteran of hands-on design, Hal has also provided consulting services since 1993, and has designed equipment for applications as diverse as home alarm monitoring, petroleum storage, PC-based radio interface cards, GPS vehicle tracking, protocol analyzers and short-range wireless data links, and for customers including Texaco (Motiva), Cirro Energy, Florida Power & Light and the University of Texas at Dallas. In 2004 Hal launched and managed a successful engineering group within Andrew Corporation designing antenna remote control and network interface equipment in the Base Station Antenna group.
Demitrius Nelon – CTO
Mr. Nelon has nearly a decade of experience in Internet application architecture, development, support and management. He has worked in both wired and wireless network environments including dial up ISP connectivity through fiber optic wired networks, and narrowband wireless through 802 series wireless networks. He has held positions ranging from end user support at Flashnet Communications and a major telecommunications company as well as product development and operations management for the telecommunications firms of MobilComm and Arch Wireless paging. His achievements include winning the Sun Microsystems award for the "Most Visionary Application". The application utilized Java, Linux, 802.11b, and WCTP - Wireless Communications Transfer Protocol in which Mr. Nelon sat as chairman and co-author for the specification for over a year. Demitrius is a co-inventor of a Method of and system for wireless network access through server platform integration (patent applied for). Mr. Nelon has also developed several self service applications utilizing web based portal technologies and relational database back ends. Mr. Nelon served in the United States Navy and participated in activities in support of the Gulf War conflict and has attended The University of Texas at Arlington where he was recently inducted into the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
Bill Tartaglia – Vice President of Operations
Mr. Tartaglia brings more than 20 years’ experience in the wireless and telecom operations and development space, building and managing network products and environments in a variety of rapidly growing companies both in the U.S. and abroad. Bill’s goal is to leverage the latest technologies to make telecom operational systems, applications and networks run smoothly, reliably and securely, 24x7.
As Director of Technical Operations for Glenayre Electronics in Europe and the Middle East, Bill was responsible for streamlining technical support for the Sales Organization as well as implementing a support strategy for customers in some 22 countries. During his tenure as VP of Operations for MonComm, a managed network company, he directed the company’s national service offerings as well as customer support. As Director of Product Development at Arch Wireless, Bill implemented major internal development projects covering core business objectives including new wireless subscriber devices and wireless telemetry business development.
Bill graduated from United Electronics Institute in Tampa, Florida with a with a B.S. degree in Electronics Engineering. He also earned a B.S. in Technical Management from DeVryUniversity in Irving, Texas. Bill started his career with 8 years in the U.S. Air Force in Radio Communications. Most recently before PerfecTech, Bill was responsible for the Service, Repair, and Reverse Logistics Operations for Sprint Nextel. In this role Bill was responsible for supplying 1400 Authorized Service Centers with new and repaired wireless products. This Operation requires 300 technicians and support personnel working 24x7 to meet the wireless product requirements of Sprint Nextel dealers and company owned stores.
